For some people who cannot follow the live, it might be useful. I mean, some people do not have Flash Players when they are not on their own computer or they use mobile devices. With this system, at least they can follow the score by email. Anyway, for them, it would be much better to have an alternative to flash (some kind of text-only viewer).

Today I tried the live reporting to my mobile (not sms but to the emailaddress connected to the phohe). It worked well. It was actually quite nice, I might try it again when not on a computer when the match is played, and not watch the whole match later. Felt nice to get the live score updates in the forest.:)

The SMS system is nice, but at least in Spain you have to pay to get the SMS, and in other case it is not possible even paying.

We think there is a way of getting the information without paying for one of the main mobile services company (Vodafone), and maybe this can be extended to other countries.

The question is that we can have a vodafone mail account. Every email we receive will generate a free SMS to our mobile phone. But in this SMS we only receive the sender and the subject.

So..., it would be great that the score update is sent in the subject, and not in the body of the message.

Is this possible?

yes we could do this, it would take some work but i'll consider working on it.
