I have looked at your league.. you have a very successful team financially.. earn in the top 4, and within 10K dollars of the most anybody makes, yet you spend much less on salaries than most of the other teams, and yet you finished in the playoffs last year. I would suggest that you are probably a really good manager at getting a lot out of less salary, but it certainly looks to me like you could afford pay more for players.

really that is too much of an insult to Steven... his team made the playoffs.. which can't really be said of good ole Donald... and i've seen his coach in action.. he is no Mike Dunleavy (for those unfamiliar.. that is a good thing).

Thanks,I only tried to make a good job with my team
I'm surely not the best manager of the game,I made a lot of mistakes(last season I sacrifice the cup with great financial lost)
The problem is,also if I could spend more for salaries,I have non money to buy some players, because I had in the previous seasons a conservative roster policy. This is the question that worry me,I should start a new cycle of training(after my main trainee became a great Sf) with the guards, but my first choice in my list at draft that i pick up was a 19years old sixth man potential
My situation maybe is a good picture of the main questions that afflict BBs.Also if I managed well my team,I'm not able to raise money beacause I cannot go under a certain level of expenses to mantain a decent team, and I cannot increase my incomes because I have a strict arena cap towards who plays in a similar division in another country, that have to spedn maybe the half for making a good job in his league.I tried to find a player in the draft, spending a medium amount of money(10k/week for all the previous system),and also finding the first player in my list,a five balls in pre-draft assesments,i receive a useless players for the develpoing of my team
I have to invent something new now, because my adversaries as godd managers as I am,and every year they became stronger and stronger
That's why a player lke me feel hungry and frustrated when he had to suffer for other's problems. And i think there are many manager that think like me all over the world
Sorry if I in te previous posts seemed a little presumptuos, but if my(medium manager) voice isn't listen because the attention is concentrated to the problems of few users,I think it's human to lose a sometimes the control ;D

yeah Michael Redd's contract was a bust, they will prolly give Brandon Jennings a max contract as well..

the cheapest GM is prolly from New Orleans. Chris Paul needs to get out of there if he wants a ring.

maybe a solution could be:
for NT players the "Asociation" of your country pays the 50% of your player salary or something like that because no one can´t afford a 600k player and have either a decent team.
cheers.

First,Sorry for my bad english.Second, the prices for players definitely droped, becouse last season BB had a lot of cheaters who bought and sold bad players and made money for better players,so they overpaid for a lot of players and so the prices went high. After the season a lot of people expected to be the same, but a little clean up from the admins and the new salary system changed the prices.Yes,the good players who were 2.5mln still have the same price tag,but mediocre players who were worth 1-1.5mln droped. Is it a good thing?Maybe.

Going of topic. My solution for the big salarys is to make something like a contract system.Your salary would be determined by players age,how he played(stats),league and manager lv.

gigantic no.

this system is fine as it is now, mono skilled monsters are now over payed one/two skill show ponies and multiskilled players are finally reaching there true value.
