For Div V and above only the league champion automatically promotes. After that the teams with the next best records promote to fill bot cleanup. With a record of 12-10 you will no chance to promote if you lose the championship.

Just concentrate on beating the bot and you will promote if you win. If you can't beat a bot team you probably shouldn't be promoting this season.

No worries. Goodluck in the finals. The first final was a really close game, now that he is a bot hopefully you can win comfortably :)

Try to improve game shape, play your starters 55-75 mins a week, not 120+ and don´t play them in scrimmages if they allready have 48+, GS is a reason why you lost first game of finals

i know that i was only 12-10 but only me and one other team are real managers. every other one is a bot. Even the team im playing in the championship is a bot. Will they send up a bot to division IV? if they do. they shouldn't. i am the best real life manager in my league so........still no chance?

Absolutely no chance. For bot-replacement promotion, the record comparison is not between you and the rest of your specific league, but between you and all of the other top teams in DV who did not win their leagues. Since there are probably a number of DV teams with 20 plus wins who aren't going to win their championships, those teams will be promoted over your team if you do not win the championship. And it's not like there are 100s of bots needing to be replaced from DIV anyway, as most of the bots seem to be relegated on their own merit.

And if the bot team beats you, yes it is fair that they promote that bot team (and then immediately remove the team and promote a team with a top record) over your team. And it's actually probably better for you as well, as another season in DV working on improving your team and strategy is probably better than getting beat up on in DIV and then being relegated back down to DV after next season.
