should rightfully have more experience than a Division 5 scrub that has played in his local league all his life?

Players in the top teams get fractionally more xp because they generally play in the cup for longer.

XP is rumoured to be a significant factor in the last two minutes of close games - and in overtime. Generally, it's certainly better to have XP than not have it.

Do players gain EX from NT games and B3? If they do, then better players CAN gain higher EX quicker.

I know. I am just saying that there IS an advantage to better players and players on better teams because they have a higher chance of playing more.

I don't think there is anything wrong with it. I just remember someone saying there is no bonus in EX for higher teams, but I think there is. B3 and NT team players DO get higher EX quicker, so there IS a bonus to higher teams. I am just trying to point that out, I'm not saying it's wrong.
