Rose will not be back until March and probably would be not be 100% Do you think that Memphis should sign Tracy McGrady he could be mentoring Rudy Gay and Tony Allen about scoring options

Oklahoma City forward Serge Ibaka has reached agreement on a four-year, $48 million contract extension.

I guess Harden is now going to the Suns.

He hasn't signed an extension with the Thunder, so he'll probably sign with the Suns next season...

THE SUNS WILL BE A CHAMPIONSHIP CONTENDER WHEN JAMES HARDEN JOINS!!! - That is if Beasley and Wes Johnson play up to expectations...

I was interested in the potential of Beasley... for his first two seasons.

The guy is a chucker that hasn't improved. Unless the suns run him as a 4 I don't see him doing much but continue to pair inefficient offense with disinterested defense?

Am I missing something?

That is a very fair assessment. He was a bust in Miami, Pat Riley found out he could not play defense so traded him to the Timberwolves after 2 seasons. He did really well with the Wolves in his first season until he got injured and missed a whole bunch of games. From then on Adelman put him on the bench for good, again cos he lacked that defensive intensity.

He found a good situation in Phoenix, he is the biggest star they have. Potential starting lineup of
Dragic / Telfair / Marshall
Dudely / Shanno Brown
Beasley / Wesley Johnson
Scola / Frye
Gortat / Jermaine Oneal / Morris

Now he can go out there and score to his hearts content. And more importantly Beasely chose this situation, he did not get drafted or traded into a team. Its a win-win for both parties involves. Suns get a potential 25ppg scorer for 6mil per year for 3 years. Beasley gets a chance to be a star again, even if its for a mediocre team. Mediocre for now.

Go Suns!
