Hi guys. I have a question regarding isolation offenses, especially Inside Isolation. So i.e. if I have a PG with 20 Inside scoring and he is the best inside scorer in the lineup, does this mean that he will be the primary option when going for inside shots? And also does this mean that when he is attacking the rim he will be also defended by his counterpart PG (of course if the opponent doesnt use switch in defense)

How do you manage game shape in All Star week?

1 game + 1 scrimmage. I have about 9 key guys & 1 key trainee. Thinking just playin each 48 minutes.

Other option is aiming for 65-70 minutes for 5 guys and 20-25 min for the backups, but I’d assume my backups will all get whacked hard on gameshape.

I always go 48 each. 48 seems pretty optimum for a slight increase in GS.

I would suggest focusing on your trainee and 4 key guys. I am assuming everyone else in your league will also face the problem of just having 2 games so just having those 5 guys getting minutes will still be beneficial for you next week and for the long run.
