I finally drafted a player that might be halfway decent, but he's far from ideal. I would never bother with him except that I want to develop USA players, especially draftees. What do you think of him?

- Rebounding is obviously a problem and its also something my other players don't need right now. And I worry about him being too tall to train OD up to strong or proficient.

-BB says he's only worth $1000 - $6000, but I think he's better than that. Am I wrong?

Train his rebounding last, when you have other rainees who will need it. OD will take some time to train, but three or four pops should be possible not too much time. Try exploiting the elastic effect.

He's 19, untrained, and no matter which position you have him play, he still does have some weaknesses for a rookie. 5k is a good price.

That's a great rookie. He can beccome an extraordinary PF or even SF. His Passing, Driving and Jump Shot will all need some work though. But I must admit I love his good defensive skills.

one season of OD, then one season of JR. Then mix passing with one on one. in 3 seasons you have great PF and great PG prospect
