perhaps replace one on one with JR. Else, quite a nice player. The outside skills are really low for his size, though. Pity, since else he'd be a nice SF prospect, too.

Train him also in JS SF-PF so you dont have only a useless monoskilled...

this is my man?
what do you think i should do?

This is an interesting one.

Forget about training and selling him short term as he doesn't have the necessary potential to be a good 150k salary centre.

I would train passing all season at PG in scrimmages and cup games for 11 weeks, 1 week stamina, 2 weeks free throws. Then play him at PF 1 on 1 all season when he's 19 for 12 weeks + 1 week stamina + 1 week free throw.
Then play him at PF and Jump shot forwards for 12 weeks + 1 week stamina + 1 week free throw when he's 20.

Ok, he's now 21 - he's still 7'3" mind ;-) - so now we switch to one position training for two seasons.

Rotate IS + ID training until both are two levels higher than Rebounding. Then train rebounding to catch up - then go back to rotating IS + ID. If his stamina drops backs to inept, train stamina for 1 week at the end of the season.

When he's 24, hopefully the market will have picked up. If it hasn't you can make the call as to whether you push his primaries to cap out, or slowly improve his secondaries.

That's quite a complex project, be interested to see if you go for it.

thats his skills right now
