It's a cross-training pop. Nothing is wrong with your training. If you train Reb, %90 of that trainig goes to Reb, but the other %10 goes to a random skill.

if so, first post is wrong because it says REB trains ID, IS?

No, that's also true. If you train reb, it also train id and is but just a little. For example, you train 8 weeks reb, you get 4 reb pops, 1 id pop, 1 is pop. Beyond that maybe one skill can pop because of the crosstraining.

it is like this
primary training - rebounding
secondary - inside defence , inside shoot
cross training - in this case jump shoot

the difference between secondary and cross training is that secondary skills will always train with each week of that particular training but cross training may not be jump shoot again the next week. It could be , but it could be passing or someother skill instead.

Well, I've read bunch of this forum and I guess the hardest thing to train is OD (meaning that it is slowest in terms of pops other than OD)..and the easiest for me seemed Passing..While getting PS pops regularly, you get HD and DR pops pretty often..Personally I started training Passing for a few weeks and I have the same experience
