as i stated before. unless if you are reported for a trade, GM's probably won't look into it.

Everyone deserves a second chance, just don't squander it.

As For Crauwels: train him some more and then maybe 3M is acceptable as a price. But as for now, i posted the skills of simular players as Crauwels, so you know what his value is.

ps: you aren't the only sinner in Belgium. there are others too ;) and i keep tabs on those aswell. part of the job as they say.

pps: before you are concerned about Crauwels: should he be sold for more, you have my word that i'll hand it down to another GM. that way you can be assured that it was done from an objective point of view.

Good thing the Angels are watching then :D

Congratz Dartreb for the victory tonight, but it shows that it takes everything to beat Joe...home game, good guess with his game orientation...OT and 1 point ahead in the end, Vottem remains the strong favourite for the title.
Sorry to see that you lost another player on injury, that's two in two games and it won't be easy for you the next 2, 3 weeks :(

Second Team:
Eupen Scythe
Delightful irony, when I finally decide to get myself a competitive team I get crippled by bad GS and injuries :/

That's really painful.

If i want to train my PF on inside scoring, then what is the most interesting training choice for his development.
What do i choose best in training, either C/PF or PF(80%) ?
With which would my PF advance the fastest ?

If anyone were to ask me what Crauwels would be worth, i'd say max 2M. maybe some more should he get into a bidding war. But 2.5M is a stretch for me unless if he fits perfectly for your training schedule. anything above that could be considered over the top.

Exactly, i agree completely about your price estimation of Crauwels, cfr. 2M.
So i tried to negociate with this manager, and said him i would be prepared to offer 2M.
He almost laughed it away, meaning he found the offer to be too low.
But honestly, I still think 2M is a correct valuation of Crauwels, all things considered, cfr. skills, age, nationality,..
But he apparently wants to hit a home run selling this player.
After his previous attempt to sell him at 3.25 M, he now has put him again on the TL with an asking price of still 3M, which i think is still a high price for this particular player. Would he have been already NT material, ok i could agree with that, but right now there is still quite some training to do on him, to be able to be an NT player, and given his age of 28y, there is not very much room left to get him ready in time. Or you would have to sacrifice everything to train him, with all the negatives that could bring along. And i think there are currently very few BBBL teams (if any!) who are prepared to do that.
So in short, i would be prepared to buy him for a correct price, but not for the price he is currently asking, that's for sure.
In the past i have seen too many teams almost going under by buying a specific player they absolutely wanted, and thus by paying an excessive price. So don't let your emotions get the overhand, it might cost you more than you'd want to.

It looks like BC FTA is going to be the revelation of this season in the Deep Sea (blue) conference.
I also have to say Frank has got a stronger team than his previous seasons in the BBBL.

Oh well, there's still a lot of games to play, and injuries can change everything...it is going to be a fun season on the blue side, but yes, I'm happy with this 5-1 result to start the season. I was thinking about changing 2 players to be more competitive, but now, considering the fact that we have a bot and RC is tanking, I don't really see the point, I may as well make some money for the moment and invest wisely in the future.
I only have 2 away victories and one of them is at Royal Canin, so I'm not sure about my real place in this conference...

Yep! Much stronger:) I rebuilt a more balanced team during the past 2 seasons, it allows me to be in a more comfortable position now. I was used to struggle a lot in my previous BBBL seasons where I had to fight for every game in the hope to avoid relegation.
And now, 1 more game to go before the Blue Vs Red confrontations, let's see how that will turn out ;)

Was talking about the Czech manager that entered the bid on Put against Polle, not about you :) quoting him:

I didn't want him to go to waste by a Czech manager (in III division if I'm not mistaken).

Ps: that manager mailed me afterwards asking for tips to improve and how to manage his team. Which makes me think I made the right choice of not letting Put go to him.

...besides that, contacting Joe to learn more about training schedule for potential NT players is indeed the right thing to do
