When the point is made that there should be more notification given here, I wholeheartedly agree ...
I searched your post for something to agree on, and found it. I also found no actual disagreement in your post with a point I made: "It would be fair to your customers to have an on-site point of contact to initiate an appeal, and not particularly "inefficient" at all."

Nice to start the day with agreement!

[/]"... if the person doesn't check that email address routinely, would never know their appeal had actually prevailed. "And that is SO likely under this circumstance, isn't it? *cough cough* stop blowin' smoke, okay, and address the issue without putting words in my mouth, okay?

But i know that if you want the discussion to stay open posts like that wont help at all.

Probably true. My point was that before you reply to someone's post you should read it and even try to understand it. And I edited my post for you.

I like the GM's. Even when I've been fined or had a post deleted or whatnot I still think they do a stellar job.

Perhaps you find negative things because that is what you're looking for.

I don't like or dislike the GM's. I don't even know them.

What I was looking for was honest customer service.

To see a real life example of what they have instead you would have to see post 277748.51 in this thread, which gave a real life example step-by-step. The actual process was so bad that they had to delete the report AND the two posts following it by the guys who got to read the report before they deleted it.

Please take a step back and notice whose posts are getting multitple +1's

Aside from that, and in an attempt to not let this spiral further down than it already has, I think it is very, very clear that the vast majority of BB users are completely fine with the way that GM's have handled almost each incident and have full trust in the checks and balances they have in place. Once again, I believe the only reason you are taking issue is that you have some sort of agenda stemming from your negative attitude towards the community as a whole.
