Not really, after you hire a secondary staff the button becomes "visible", but when you click in it the only options available are for the primary staff positions

I like the idea BUT...I'm here from season 2 - and since the stuff system was changed it's the most annoying and bad part of the game.

PLEASE change it already! the public bids on stuff members are really ruin the fun of this game.

Keep the new secondary stuff - the ideas is good but the stuff system should be turned upside down.

Sorry if this question was asked before, but can we hire more than one member of secondary staff (e.g youth trainer and nutritionist)?

Yes, just go on one of them, click "Find Replacement" and then choose the other staff you want to hire.

This is where we hold them!

My interpretation of his question would be that he is asking if it is possible to have multiple at the same time - ie, that by having more than one their effects would stack on each other.

If that was the question, I'd assume the answer is no - but I would wait for clarification.

Taking some time to think about it, I liked the update a lot but agree it seems pretty major. While none of us will have a clue until training update, but it seems very influential.

For updates like this, I think I speak for a large portion of the community when I say we'd appreciate some time prior to the changes being made. Maybe this post being made at the time that it was and the actual update coming in season 44 so that people can plan for it.

Aesthetic updates like a jersey manager can be made spontaneously, but changes to the gameplay should be implemented with prior warning in my opinion.

2x NBBA Champion: S55, S56. 3x USA Cup Champion: S54, S55, S56. WR for longest home streak ever at 11 in Season 47.

I don't think he was asking that. He said
(e.g youth trainer and nutritionist)

And about this...
I would wait for clarification.

The answer is no. The secondary staff will work as main staff. One per kind...

Hello,

First I want to support the proposed idea (the more choices and tactics will be numerous, the more interesting the game will be) so congratulations for that... (y)
Small criticism on the launch before the playoffs without warning before ... :/
2 clarifications to be sure to understand:
- Youth trainer: taking the example of "Inside defense" it just boosts the training of 3 players trained as long as they are 18 or 19 years old or can we train 3 players (for example 24, 25 and 26 years) + 3 players aged 18 and 19 at the same time?
- Sport Psychologist: Taking the correct minutes, I currently almost always have level 9 for all the players of my team ... Does not having this type of staff will reduce this current form (level 9) - Can we go beyond (level 10,11, ...) or is it just for the one who did not manage the minutes well (so he stays at level 9)

Thank you in advance for your answers :)

First of all, thank you all for your contributions to the discussion. The critique and praise both have been a good read, but now after the first training has run (and in the future after more trainings do too) you'll have a better feel for the real effect of the new staff. I'll wait for that to happen, keep an eye on the discussion here and, as I said, up the feature "denomination" from minor to major.

Some more specific answers follow:

@khenry: The boost is only applied to players playing at the correct training positions and if they are 18 or 19 yo.

@LA-King Leonidas: You're right, the hire button should be visible until you have all 6 covered. Made the change now.

@Bass: I can see both the main trainer and the youth trainer. Is there still a bug?

@mark lenders: Yeah they stack but their combined effect is reduced.

@barba & kingK: this is just a display bug, you're not supposed to be able to hire internally the secondary staff. If you clicked the button you'd notice that only the essential staff members can be hired internally.

@Ubiond: fixed the specialty issue now.

@ychonodou: youth trainer just boosts the training of 3 players trained as long as they are 18 or 19 years old and as for the sports psychologist - it is for the ones who did not manage the minutes well or a random factor would bring the GS down (so he stays at level 9 if maxed).
