When does the draft take place? Are we able to use scouting points purchased on Monday in this season's draft?

Draft takes place this Monday. You should be able to use scouting points purchased Monday in this season's draft, but it's up to you. If you don't use it then it will simply carry through to next season :)

Any unused points can be saved for future drafts so you don't really waste any money to begin with
