So, then I'm very unlucky in looking for farms I have found almost none in our country.

I have to explain myself better:in a game like this there is a continue turnover of the users,so while some user will sign up,other will quit the game
If you can convince somone who want to quit the game to use his dying team to substain a player for the our Nt,then you have a farm
Surely, more teams there are in a nation, and more competitive are the teams(because the money of a farm come from players's sale),more farm teams you can find. But I can't believe that no one in your country leave the game in the last seasons, the point is that you should work before they are done, trying to sensitize the community to leave their team for the community when they decide to leave

I could give you an argument if you talk about "half farm",ie active users that for a period decide to train a substain a Nt player because they don't have other stimuli, but are still active and could return to a normal game in a future time. For this kind of team, effectively main countries could be advantaged, because also lower team divisions can afford a 150-200k players that are still developing

I have done just what you described. But do you know more effective way than asking people for think of it before they leave on forum etc.? And even if I have done it again and again no one ever wrote me he wants to be a farm. We have few farms but in this situation I knew that teams are going to leave and I asked manager to become a farm. But fortunatelly we don't have too much players that need a farm. I think more about farm for developing younger players with reasonable salary as that players can afford lower divisions team with not so big funds. Later these players can be bought by Div I, Div II teams as secondaries are high enough.

I didn't say that you made a bad work,I had only say that famrs can be find in evey country. The problem is the number and the use you do.
As you have just said, also your country has his farms, few but farms.
I think that you are one of the best coach in the world in involving the community, because czech users really follow your indication to improve your national team. But you can't know what every team will do,What I mean with the term"sensitize the community" is that if someone is going to leave, other users could contact you saying"Hello coach, this X manager is leaving the game, maybe you can convince him to become a farm" so you can use that team as a farm

It's more a community duty than a your duty... ;D

In Italy we have problem to find so many farms as the number of great players we have, because probably the managers that leave the game are the managers that are less involved by the game and community,so it's difficult to find teams with the right characteristics to be farms, but definitively it can be done...

Surely, farms are needed only for few players, because the work has to be done also in the field where you are a great expert, creating competitive players with the less possible salary

As even in our country still many managers don't understand that off position training can be very usefull also for clubs I think farms could be usefull also for players with lower salary - expecially for my multiskill concept.

This is a completely different question
It's not a problem that you can't find farms, the problem is that some managers doesn't understand training in the way you like more

1.Italia(1) 5-0 572 400
2.Hrvatska(3) 5-0 607 465

4.Latvija(4) 2-3 604 569
5.Bulgaria(5) 2-3 549 531

8.Luxembourg(8) 0-5 410 756

Turkiye 96 Italia 107
The ratings put up by both teams in this game were unbelievable. Turkiye managed to put up a wondrous(low) inside scoring rating. This game was pivotal in seeing who would get an easier road to the next round and Italia won it. Turkiye will most likely need to win the next two games to advance to the next round and Italia is in a position where they can afford a slip up. This game was close the whole way through, but Italia came through in the 4th and it made all the difference. POTG: Sergio Quattrucci had a game high 36 points, a game high 5 assists and a 19.0 rating.

Latvija 90 Hrvatska 110
Hrvatska is in the same boat as Italia, can afford a possible slip up if need be. Hrvatska's ratings were very good as well and advancing to the next round is a definite possibility. Latvija is having a disappointing tournament, definetly expected more out of them. POTG: Bartol Petrosa had 19 points, a game high 16 rebounds and a 17.5 rating.

Luxembourg 81 Bulgaria139
Bulgaria got the free win of the week and it really doesn't matter. If the game does not involve Turkiye, Italia or Hrvatska at this point then it really has no effect on the tournament. POTG: Marin Kanchev had 17 points, 11 rebounds and an 18.5 rating.

Norge 83 Belarus 96
Norge scored 23 points in the 1st, 2nd and third quarters, now thats consistency! Not that it mattered. They still lost in a bascally meaningless game. POTG: Alhierd Laurynkovich had a game high 24 points and a team high 17 rebounds to go with a 15.0 rating.

My predictions:
Bulgaria(50) at Norge(64)
I honestly think Norge could win this one. Based on GS Norge has an advantage. On talent Norge definetly wins on the outside and on the inside its close. My pick: Norge gets their first win of the tournament.

Belarus(52) at Luxembourg(96)
Belarus receives the free win of the week in this one. If Luxembourg scores 110 points ill be impressed. My pick: Belarus.

Italia(24) at Latvija(33)
Latvija is having a disappointing tournament and Italia is a much stronger team coupled with their HCA. My pick: Latvija loses again and drops to 2-4, while Italia all but books their trip to the next round.

Hrvatska(25) at Turkiye(40)
This game is basically a win or go home situation. First of all if Turkiye loses this game I don't see them advancing with two losses. Secondly if Hrvatska loses this game I really don't see them beating Italia while Turkiye can beat anyone, but Italia. This game will probably decide who advances with Italia. Neither team really had a good GS update, But Turkiye has the talent advantage and a tiny GS advantage. My pick: Turkiye unless Hrvatska can pull something out of their sleeves Turkiye will win and advance.

Haha, not so meaningless for Belarus struggling to get the 4th place after being seed 6th to this "Group of death" as it involves Italia, Turkey, Latvia, Croatia and Bulgaria.

But who cares about NT Rankings? It's not so important even if group in EC are made according to NT rankings.

If you win games, your Nt ranking improve and maybe in the next competition you'll have an easier group. It could be very important, especially for medium level team like your,if you were in another group you could try to make some noise and advance to the next round
