Again this is stunning. Sonada as the 11th best PF and 7th best C. Have you even looked at the games where he played & was consistently 1 of the most effective players on the team let alone 1 of the most effective bigs, probably been our 2nd best big man performer over the last couple of seasons before YOU were washed ashore.

I think it is fine for anyone to be passionate & zealous about whatever their hobby is, NBA teams, online games, polishing their car, who cares. Everyone has feelings about something trivial. I think we should stop fighting eachother & start fighting BBking again.

Re comparasons NBA vs THIS GAME: I can compare my bike with a Ferarri or a monster truck. It doesn't mean I think they are the same. It is just fun to make comparasons.

You have your method & wont listen to reason.

Come on dude... "reason" according to you.

I think it's unfair to rant at the guy, ask for reasons why your guy isn't given as much court time as you want - get a calm, "reasoned" explanation (as in, he gave reasons as to his decisions)... then declare him to be completely and utterly wrong.

It's absolutely ok to be passionate about your players, but he is the NT coach, and whilst he doesn't possess the same methodology/theory as Yoks, it is merely different. Not worse per se.
I'll stand by my comment before: once a person starts ranting about their player over the performance of the nation, I will summarily dismiss anything they have to say on the issue.

Nice work. Ignorant, AND arrogant.

Poland NT curently has no system, Poland NT has very weak manager, in previous 2 seasons we should easily win two golds however we won nothing because of elementary mistakes.

But it doesn't matter, your closed mind is made up on this subject. You ignore experience as a stat. You ignore game shape as a stat. You have your method & wont listen to reason.

I ignore experience becaue it isn't important stat. I can say more, I can install filter on my PC which will hide experience and all my steps would be the same. I don't ignore game shape, however it isn't only stat, I must consider all stats of all players, GS is only one of them.

If we talked about Sonoda I mentioned that he is on level of my 21yo player. Kouzoki is on level on which my player was one season ago (when he was 20yo). We will win nothing if we will use 21 and 20 years old players in NT.

You're wrong. In boxscore defensive stats practically don't exist, so boxscore of considered player shows only 50% of facts. Full strength of players You can't see in their offensive stats, You can see it in offensive stats of opponents.

My team has even smaller pool of draftees than Japan, however I will have two U21 players in three seasons, and both of them will be better than Kouzoki and let's say similiar to Sonoda. And please consider that having U21/NT player in Poland is much harder than in Japan, and training is harder as well.

I don't complain that Japan has small pool. I only try to select the best players.
My ranking of NT players is above. This ranking is created by using the same method which I used in Poland when I was Poland NT Manager. It worked very well, in season 15 at least 10-12 NTs had better players than Poland however since that moment we dominated all international competitions. Poland U21 had good players only in season 18 in other seasons we had worse players than many others U21 teams.

Do you update your rankings every week? That would be cool to see how the training on Friday changed the rankings.
