My questions are for Green, who some may believe is a top pick for the position.

You said earlier you are not an active forum poster, but more of a lurker.

Do you think this position is one you can manage in terms of time you must put in to not only win games, but scout players, formulate training plans, communicate with individual managers, and whip up interest and knowledge amongst the Canadian community with forum posts, BBmails, and offsite chatter?

Do you believe being a lurker going forward is the best for U21 Canada, or will you suddenly flick a switch and be posting all the time?

Do you believe you are that one person to steer the ship and be a conduit for a new active, passionate Canadian BB userbase?

Are you just a long time top division experienced manager or are you someone who will be proud to carry Canada's U21 flag into battle and strive to excel in a time interest is clearly waning in this management internet game?

Is "being polite" seriously one of your top three strengths?

To the candidates:

If you can't win the election who would you like to see win? And why?

Green Machine.
I know that neither of us have taken shots at each other and that I know we both have plenty of experience.

I don't really enjoy hypothetical questions. My answer would have to be the candidate after myself who will give max time and effort into the u21 program and Canadian community, and I honestly don't know who that is.

This is huge as a strength, it is the reason he gets my vote. Green is also often in the game chat that I never see Sparky and seldom see anyone else in. (There were 8 people in there yesterday for a while which was awesome.) Green was very helpful and polite to a new manager recently in the chat and l believe that is something that we as older managers forget. This game has a huge learning curve and we need to "be polite" to encourage as many new users as possible, a "polite" U21 manager is what this country needs.

I've been on the chat at times during the league game times. Rarely is anyone on, and if they are, idle and not talkative. It's a pretty dead scene!

I used to connect too but even for league games the chat is pretty much dead now. I haven't been on it for the whole season
