maybe you could explain how the salary formula works for people, so they can understand the kind of changes you are talking about.

In fact, Joey Ka described his formulas so many times... You can find them at buzzerbeater.wgz.cz. You can find them at CoachParrot spreadsheet. I think, that every good manager must see them at least once, and understand, how it works. So, basically, he don't need to explain it - it have been done too many times.

But if you're lazy, look at it: (http://buzzerbeater.wgz.cz/rubriky/salary-formula) and (http://media1.wgz.cz/images/media1:5100517e72647.png/sala...).
Make some thoughts before you write the answer. Than you will understand.

So can anyone explain to me why im paying a rookie 18 year old more than my average salary? He should be below my average salary not above it?' I would like to know this reason more than half of the starters don't get paid as much as he does. He is going to get atleast two season of training while my starter small foward caps out at 26 then i'm going to sell him for profit. (32073779) Is my starting small foward id here is my backup small foward id (37021078). Any help thanks I would like to understand this question of mine.

Heading on the right path so far. Are you?

Im using basic math skills on my own caculator on my phone. I know my average salary I posted in the offsite what it was. No replies I shouldn't be overpaying for a guy who doesnt play but scrimmages. Let me look it up for you real quick. This is from the offsite so i'm using quotations around it
I meant to ask this question last night but I was too tired from work and my internet was slow due to rain.

Alright lets get straight to the question.

Why am I paying 4k for a 6th man potential while sitting on the bench for this season & next season untill I sell my starter when he caps off at 26 next season? Is his salary going to go down after this season? I'm still below salary floor but I still find it confusing. When he passes my average for salary. My average is 3,95311111 right now I shouldn't have a bench player over that line. Any help? Here is his Id (37021078)

Alright now you see the facts I want a answer why am I paying a 6th man above my average salary?

On BB, only the skills will decide of the salary of a player.

What about age?

If nothing else... Older players will lose many skill points during season... So their salary should be lower... While we can say opposite for younger players. :p

So youre saying Multiskilled players are better than positional player skill set? IF this the case I always choose a multiskill small foward. Rest of my team is positional based.

Nope, only skills determine salary. Bare in mind that includes the levels that exist between visible skill levels, so age has an impact when players skills start to decrease.
