Time will tell, but as i said before, for me this player is going to be a wrong decision. Also be ready when he start to fail a lot of shoot attempts, or when others PG's just score him a lot from the inside.

Check his last game,he was great again in my eyes. His Matchup with 10 times higher salary and topscorer of the league was holding to 9 out of 30(and Bojacás stamina is only awful),he took 1!!shot in 53 minutes.I think for a 6k guard his value for a team is huge.I dont think u can find one balanced and trainend guard with that impact for a team.I really love to see what he can do in the next games and season.:-)

He wasn't matched up on the other PG because you went zone. He guards an area not a player. So all those 21 missed shots could have came from inside shots against a PF and C and all 9 made shots could have been from when your PG is guarding him.

Okey,my fault. All of those 17!! 3PT shots "could" have trow from inside.:-)
I know that i played a zone but he is also my best defender.I play with a center/power forward at Sf and my SG is also not the best one.And i played against a team, that played with 2 50k shooting guards and one 100k Sf,a outside tactic, higher game shapes, much higer DMI at both guard spots and more motivation and i won.All i wanna say is that he did a pretty nice job for a 6k guard!

To be honest you have a better team than him. And looking at box score it seems that the team you played can't run a princeton. Your trainee committed 5 TO, but did get 7 assists. If your best defender is only prolific at your level it will be hard to run a man to man against good outside and even balanced team.

He did ok but he wasn't the reason why you won.

Great trainees. I recommond a little more OD and some JS would be nice. Very balanced and great potential, shame one of them is injured :(

I think you are doing a good job making him a well balanced player. This will keep his salary down a little bit and result in a better player overall. Dr can use some work but that is a secondary skill that can be worked on with some 1o1. I would also put up some more work on OD. Other than that keep up with what you have been doing.

Driving will train very quick so don't panic about that. If he were my trainee i would train OD and JR and JS this season. Od needs to be around promient and JR around respectable. I would do this cause it fits in with my other trainees as well. You can always train balanced with driving lagging behind.

Nice potential and i don't think he will reach his cap

It's not a good example, since you played zone and you cant know exactly his impact on the defense... Anyway his PG-SG-SF did good % at shoot attemps made so i think he lost more the game coz of his weak 2-3 zone and not about your OD...

Anyway you dindt say nothing about that:

The other team played 2-3

Your PG score: 0-1 with only 1-2 FT line.

Its so poor score performance taking in care the other team went zone. You are going to suffer a lot with this monoskilled PG and it was also a ''bad idea'' to train him as a monoskilled since he also had his IS so low...(some JS or 1vs1 in SF-PF would help him)

Maybe another PG rookie cant have that OD or passing, but if in 1-2 seasons you compare at the age of 21 your PG with another one more balanced with better inside skills(specially IS if you play LI) I would choose for sure the balanced PG.
