I think you can definitely use the points gained on Monday in this draft because the offseason processing doesn't start til Monday in the US which is late afternoon on Monday here, so as long as you use the draft points before the offseason processing then it should be fine.

Those scores aren't correct ;) They are missing a week's worth of games in there haha.
And even if they weren't, you are equal 4th not 3rd ;) And, in reality, you would actually be considered equal 5th because of the way places are determined. :P
