I don't really care about the popularity as long as we are winning, I am just trying to get more guys involved and voice their opinions, I get some people are just out there to troll though XD

I did not seriously examine the other teams, but the russia match seems to be the final match for the 2nd place. I know you are working hard for the team (I saw you spend a lot of time just for the rotation player Dalyan Melikşah) and I wish you luck.

I hope the manager doesn't care too much about popularity. I have full faith that you will work for this team for many years.

Milli takımlar seviyesinde en son topu götür taktiği hangi takım hangi maçta kullandı araştırmak lazım. Elin İsveç'ine yenilmek bilemiyorum arkadaş birazdan çıkıp enkaz aldım demez umarım :)

Google translate not doing its job as I wish...coming off of a CT against Russia, we have an enthusiasm disadvantage. In hindsight, we probably should have normal regardless but your opinions would have been appreciated BEFORE the game :) I have been inviting all of you to the new Discord channel but I have yet to get any inputs from you guys so let's get the discussion going before is too late.

hi coach, we need to clarify that I don't think the discord channel thing will work on our country.

reasons;
-very few people can speak english fluently and we have to use google translate
-mostly adults play BB so we are busy
-discord is not as common here as you think

We expect a manager elected for our country to adapt to the communication style determined by us. BB forums are very useful for discussing. I think a Turkish speaking assistant would also be helpful.

Right on, for Discord, I have installed a bot where I can translate Turkish and if you asked multiple managers who don't quite speak English, I have tried my best to communicate with that tool.

I think there are just way too many advantages for utilizing Discord for communication, whether for scouting information storage, live chat during game or game planning discussions.

There are certain things we can not discuss publicly and Discord is the perfect platform for it. I hope you guys try to adopt new things/new approaches to this program and see if we can achieve different outcomes.

Always welcome comments here though for sure! But I have yet to see anything so far after I have been elected...

I am also a working adult with 2 kids, I don't expect everyone to be talking all the time, but once in a while if anyone wants to start a discussion/ask a question, that's great way to make things more active than a forum with aging format.

Thoughts?
