I thought it was funny that there were 4 of us logged in at 4:30am ET. I bought a player, what were the rest of you BB addicts doing up at that hour?

I was in a bid war. I become enraged in bid wars. I'd love to choke that Crotian guy with my bare hands. LOL

Xarn don't get so technical you won't win any games with "and" or "shape" lol. but yes you are technically correct sir.

I had to go back and see what I said! ;-)

There were 8 games on III.4 Tuesday evening.

Magic looks more focused this season. It's not an easy task to beat Crazys @ Cleveland, however they pulled the win with a great 4th quarter effort, 86-79. Cleveland TIE'd their both games so far and coach says building enthusiasm is more important than winning games right now.

Bangers might be the real deal this season. Illusion is another team that TIE'd both games. Good news for Bangers is they have beaten Illusion without Beavers, 82-84 and the bad news is Beavers will not return to action in a week. (calf injury) Illusion (0-2) will need to replace their former center Avalos.

New team of the league Dutchmen started with a tough schedule. They fought hard against Pistons in a game where either side had no interest in defense but they fell short. 118 shot attempts from Dutchmen was a remarkable stat. Priority for Pistons is training right now, so winning these home games is cruical to them.

Hawks had no difficulty beating Flyers, 102-87. All Hawks starters scored double digits but only one of them achieved double double.

Gavno keep on rolling. They cruise past Armageddons, 96-763 Gavnos recorded double double. They know the importance of point difference from last year and not taking any game lightly.

Investors vs. Steppers or in other words Carmona vs. Mina was a nice game to watch. Mina owned Carmona but as always defense wins games and home team was better defensively, 95-85.

Broncos grabbed their 1st win of the season against Goats, 95-90. Capps of Goats was mad at being transfer listed twice this week and he played one of his best offensive games in a long time. A strategy to motivate him or an economic move to bring in some cash, whatever the purpose is, putting him on the TL seems to work. Goats commited 20 fouls against Broncos 8, and Broncos were 21/25 from FT line. Who said training FT is a waste of time?

Heading to the 4th quarter Traffickers’ hope to beat Tachenko was alive. But 4th quarters are all about stamina and depth, 103-76.

Player of the day was Mina of the Steppers. 46-4-4 is good enough to overlook the fact his team had lost.

Games to watch on Saturday are Illusion @ Gavno and Tachenko @ Magic.Thursday is the first day of Tourney, good luck to everyone.

LOL I wouldn't say enthusiasm is more important then winning but it sure is nice to have toward the end of the season and it makes the middle of your schedule a whole lot nicer to watch. It looked like I had made a good decision........again on TIE'ing until Magic's guys decided to wake up in the 4th quarter and put a 30 spot on me. Led the whole game until the 4th when it counted. Good job Marietta!

Cup....

Good Luck for everyone's first cup matchup. I predict all 16 move on to the 2nd round!

Mina.... What an absolute stud. Even Carmona can't slow that guy down. Interested in seeing what Barr does against him.

RE: Mina. I didn't mean to have him in as a SG, really goofed up my minutes management this week

As mays and mina both have 40+ SG minutes but not 48 while Downey, my hot new trainee only has 18 minutes.

So now they both have 80+ minutes and I've got them listed as sub and 2nd sub for a game where I'd really rather have them sitting on the bench.

Either way, good game Prov. The think that surprised me was your rebounding. I expected you to come out with more of a 1-3-1 o/d type formation which typically leaves a team with lesser rebounders on the floor. You did a good job and deserved to win that game. I'll get it back at my place. ;-)

Goats' TIE'd against Broncos and it began to look like we'd make a comeback in the 4th but that daggum Power and Cintron kept making shot after shot and Max Lin, Neville Lau, and James Velasco kept stealing the Chicago Goats' offensive boards. The Broncos were a frustrating team in last night's game ... frustrating ... but outstanding.

Also, Capps is back on the Wire. I think I read somewhere though that attempts to sell a player reduces their Game Shape. Any truth to this? I'd hate for that to be true because I plan to keep trying to sell him at times.

The only way i could have won is if you TIE me and even then i really didn't think i could pull it off. I watch the game live and kept waiting for your 3 point shooters to take over the game. Power and Cintron worked great together last night for the first time. As one of the newbeis to this DIV it feels good to get my first win.
