oh, this is snarkiness, that explains it.

the bulls analogy is tempered by the fact that tom thibodeau runs his players in the ground. my entire team is on a strict BB enforced minutes limit.

I don't mind the 1 week or even 2 week injuries....But I think the 4 week and 5 week injuries are silly. In real life the NBA is a 82 game marathon. BB, its a 22 game sprint. Last season I had a 5 week injury in my U-21 team and it killed me.
How about this....instead of weeks they could say GAMES...like a 3 game injury or something like that. Much better I think.

Yes...I have seen at least four 5 week injuries. I think those are complete BOOTY. I saw a great 211K NT big get retired because of a 5 week injury. I really think the MAX should be 10 games total including scrimmages/cup games and not including BB3 and PL league. That is why I think having a +game injury instead of a + week injury would be much better.

PS...here is the nasty info of that U-21 5 week injury....he(the owner of the player) said he had a level 5 doctor....now that would hurt. I think if you have a level 5 doctor, it shouldn't be possible to get a 5 week injury.

Im with you on realism, but BB lacks realism in so many other areas why does it have to be real in this one?

If I have to deal with unrealistic out of position training, which is not changing anytime in near future if ever, why injuries? Randomness can be addressed in other ways. If we have injuries, lets change them. +5 weeks, or 4 injuries at time is not increasing play-ability.
