The problem is I never said that. I said he was placed on the U-21 National Team TRACKER.
Let me clarify for you. First of all, anyone meeting a very basic set of criteria is placed on the U-21 tracker. It's not actually a big deal. Secondly, by not training this player for a season, you have seriously devalued him. Now he basically has the same value that a 19 year old draftee would have in a few weeks, which is not a whole lot.

So if you're not calling him a U-21 player, (which you are in the first three words of your post), you are at the very least implying that he has a chance to be on the U-21 team. Which he does not. He has exactly 0% chance of being on the U-21 team.
What you should have done is just quietly transfer list your player that you should have sold at the beginning of the season, and not waste people's time by posting about an inconsequential player on this forum. It only caught my attention because I thought there must be a typo, as in "who would post about such a useless player here".
