78 TSP at 20, that is VERY good for starting at 19
It's VERY doubtful that he has 78 TSP currently.
Please put described skills into salary calculator - it calculates salary = ~7,7k. What is very important it's salary for PF. Salary for PG is very close so it's possible that player is listed as PG.
However there are few other amazing things. We are after 9 training since last salary update. Only 9 trainings. Meada's salary = 3,5k. It seems impossible to almost double salary after 9 trainings. Interesting as well is history of possitions played by Maeda in this season - it indicates possible trainings. So we have:
(in order: week number in current season / possition played by Maeda / possible trainings):
1. sf/pf (DV or JS)
2. pg (OD or PS - I bet, however JS or DV or HN still possible)
3. pg (OD or PS - I bet)
4. sg (JR or JS or DV)
5. sg (JR or JS or DV)
6. pg (OD or PS - I bet)
7. pg (OD or PS - I bet)
8. pf/sf (DV - according to YC's post)
9. pg (OD - according to YC's post)
So we see that Maeda trained practically only outside skills in this season. However his salary for PF possition is almost doubled. It seems impossible, because IS/ID/RB/SB weren't trained. Of course JS increases salary for PF possition, but to double salary for PF possition 6-7 pops of JS is needed. It's hard to make 7 JS pops in 9 weeks.
So I expect that Maeda hasn't 78 TSP now. TSP = 68 and every skill worse by 1 than described seems more probable. I could be wrong however it's easy to prove. In buzzer-manager exists trustworthy tool which allows to share skills of own players in this way:
