Thank u very much :) In addition, what about PA and JR ? Any other skills can help my players to pop up like DB/HN in comparison to OD ? :) IS is easier to train for my guards than ID ?

As far as the research went, JR didn't seem to be influenced much by anything. Seems so from my experience as well, but my trainees usually had about the same amount of JS and JR all the time.

It seems logical that they would be linked(js and jr).

Passing depends on handling a lot. If passing is lower than handling, then it will increase faster.

But note that the passing training also trains HA and DR a bit. So it may be that elastic effect doesn't do anything special, except redistribute training a bit. For example:

Higher HA case:
90% goes to PA
5% to HA, 5% DR

Lower HA case:
70% goes to PA
15% to each HA,DR

The numbers are exemplary only.

You probably figured out how the perimeter skills are boosted by (very likely) Handling, while the inside ones have more an all-connected relation.
I also read a paper about this stating higher OD has a negative effect on JR. Therefore you should better pick 1V1>JR>Pressure if you believe that (or if this got disproved).

Manon, why SB>RB>ID instead of ID>RB>SB?

Many seems to prefer to train HN/DV first, getting that elastic effect on PA and OD when you switch to those later.
Almost everyone prefers 1on1 for Forwards(2 pos) or 1on1 for Guards(2pos).
Has there been any recent calculations on Ball Handling for PG(1pos)? How much faster is it?
Obviously it focuses more on Handling and not Driving so you might need some 1on1 to even them up(if necessary).

I think its very important to limit handling as much as possible for salary reasons. It also trains as a secondary for OD and PA training. The only reason I would train Ballhandling over 1v1 if I couldn't afford JS secondary pops but could afford OD secondary pops.
