Hi Perpete,
I think it has been one of the biggest "silly" thing in BB since ages.
I agree we have a wide range of staff with different level and yes also agree if you willing to pay a higher salary the buy out price could be cheaper.
On the other hand I still do not agree with the weekly increase in salary, this is just no OK. Why on earth should I pay more and more to my coach in a weekly basis.
In general the amount of money that you can collect, earn, farm, etc is just not too much, and the increasing salary put extra pressure on managers.
Let`s take an example of a level 5 (which is the most common level) of trainer with an average salary, let`s say that around 28-35k / week. If you look at the market "at the right time" you can get level 5 trainers around 300k.
This price for the same level of trainers "at the wrong time" could be almost double.
Even the 300k is not a cheap option to just pay, especially if you are competing in a level, where you need to build a good roster. The weekly salaries are adding up, trainer + youth trainer + doctor, etc, meaning that you need to choose between allow yourself to train new players, or build a strong team.
If we stick with the example, 28-35k salary trainer and this will be increased every single week, this could be a problem ven after 1 year and paying again 300k to replace is just not something that you can easily afford.
BBM money is just a joke. 20k in this game is literally nothing, also the structure is way far from ideal meaning that super difficult to even win games.
Cup money 50k, also not too much, considering that you pay 35k for a single trainer.
If you are selling your youth players, and want good profit you need at least 4 season good and logical training. (I`m not talking about 2 season 1v1 F then trying to sell and find noob managers to buy them for extra money)
so all in all, this weekly increase in salary is just very frustrating.
