I think he would make a nice PF. I would get his OD and HA anywhere from 6-8, and his PA to 8. Then I would start training his inside skills. His total skills points (TSP) adds up to 71, which I believe is faster than the pace of an average 18 YO. Good job.

Well he's a bit on the low side of RB and ID. But he sure got the outside game coming along good. I would start throwing a lot of RB and ID training towards him asap.
Otherwise i really like him. Real nice to have such high JR. My PF trainee also has high JR and he sure can deliver in RnG and Outside Iso.

i plan to start training inside skills next season(rebounding later, as i will probably try to stay in II. if i promote), it`s long project and for past 2 seasons have worked on his outside game(every skill has been trained OD almost for a season), in the end will finish with 1vs1 for forwards but sould be nice SF for my team and maybe NT

I drafted him at the beginning of this season at 19 so obviously he's behind on training, but I still think he can make a good player for my team eventually. He had an alright year, with 13 pops despite missing 2 weeks due to injuries. I've only worked on his outside skills so far, playing him at PG for most of the season, then moving on to 1on1 for forwards.

Where do we go from here? I guess I'll stick with 1on1 until he gets another pop on his JS/HA and then start working on his big man skills? He's supposed to become a PF.

I would do 1v1, except I wouldn't worry too much about the JS pop. Then after he gets a pop or two in HA, I'd start on his inside skills. Good decision starting on his secondaries first.
