To get as close as possible to 48 min i ONE position heres how you do it:
1 - Select MAX 9 players to the game (8 if you want 2 players to play all game...)
2 - Set your line-up like this (starter, backup, reserv)
PG: 1 1 1
SG: 2 6 6
SF: 3 7 7
PF: 4 8 8
C: 5 9 9
3 - Set Substitutions to "Strictly Follow Depth Chart"
4- Set Foul Trouble: to "Let them Play"
Now your PG will play 48min unless he fouls out or maybe your team gets inte garbage time.
This is not fool-proof, but as close as you get.

Yes i use this way but sometimes engine can go against it. Thank you very much, though.

Not sure it was suggested before or not.

Let a lucky fan become a player...

Sometimes, when a player was injured or fouled out, and no player was on the bench, then there would be a lucky fan to play as a player in that remaining game.

This lucky fan could be a 18yo starter potential or 35yo MVP potential, but we cannot rule out the possibility that he might be a 18yo MVP potential.

Can we give him an opportunity? Managers can only invite a lucky fan when he played for that team before. Related stats could be found in draft page (i.e. the game he played for your team), but need to spend extra scouting points to check his age and potential.

Say, 1 point to check his age, 1 point to check his potential. This should be done within limited period, i.e. from start of season to before all star week.

This is a little silly thing, but i would include building expenses in the weekly economic update balance.

In my case i usually organice my economic affairs just by seeing my weekly balance, and it just includes team salary, staff salary and scouting expenses. So with the building expenses apart, i am not having a realistic view of my balance.

For instance, i have right now +8k weekly balance, but it seems that it doesn't include the 20k that my buildings cost me. So actually my weekly balance would be -12k. I think it should be a good idea to include this.

Can BB managers give rating or apprasial to his own BB players?

This can be done before end of season. Such rating can have impact to their attitude on training at playoff periods. Higher rating can boost their training attitude (or training minutes, or something similar).

To be fair, BB managers cannot give high ratings to all players, it should be a quota depending on the league standing.

Like in NBA, why can't a coach also be selected to the ASG, to manage the team?

You can decide the criteria (the coach who's in the front of their league, the oldest, whatever you want), but the ASG would be interesting.
