Here are the skills to one of my 18 year old rookies:
Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: respectable ↑ Handling: respectable
Driving: respectable Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: pitiful Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: average Shot Blocking: pitiful
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: mediocre
Ultimately, my goal is to make him a SF. I'm just wondering how much time I should waste on his inside shot. Here's my training plan: for this season and the next, I'll train outside skills as it meshes with my training for Ed Matthews. Then Matthews will be done training so I'll buy a big man rookie and start training inside skills, mostly inside defense and rebounding.
When I got him, his OD was at inept. I would like him to reach prominent in OD and JS by next season. The rest would go in passing and handling.
Should I aim his IS to be at respectable or should I go even higher? His height might be a problem when training inside however.
