i cannot confirm this. I have a player with 4 experience that adapted perfectly to the new team

Be prepared for war. You didn't confirm the amazing, great effects of experience. Did you know that this game is all about experience?

your starting again? ok, let's go at war.

It is not ALL about experience, nor have I ever said that. I did say however, that experience has a great factor. I have watched numerous games, and the guy with most experience always ended up taken a very high percentage shot or made a very good play. I am, however, 80% sure, that there is no factor that determines speed of adapting to a new team. With this being said, I am excluding experience as being a factor(obviously)

FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!

salary cap might also stop all the weaker country top league teams from putting together ridiculous big salary teams without actually training any players.

You really have to give us more data to work with. Was the guy you bought better overall than your other players? What is competition like in your league, better/worse/same? Did you play him out of position to create mismatches? And so on etc. You just can't look at things in just one way like some people here want to.

Wow, this is a bad case of a noob NT coach.

I ahve a SG, which ahs good skills, but plays bad in the first and second quarter. But he usally steps up his tempo in 3 quarter, and plays at his maximum in 4 quarter. That is what i saw when i was attending at the game.

Even the BB's said that experience does matter. But once again, you are more smarter. What are you doing here, you should be fixing the bugs from the GE because you know everything about it.

We are still waiting for the evidence that experience doesn't matter. But wait, oh, yes, you haven't got any, have you?

What you do is that you buy foregin players. Maybe buying some home players wouldn't be bad. You could even be a role model to all those players in your country, to start training their own players.

And still, you are making fool of yourself. Nobody said, that it is all about experience! Perhaps you should check the game manual once again, and maybe the whole forum. But of course you wouldn't learn a lot, because you know what is the best, right ?

As for the team chemistry. I haven't got any experience with is whatsoever. I agree with the previous post, that enthusiasm is some kind of team chemistry in this game. However, maybe it would be fun, that a team of Slovenian players(in my example or country shall i say) would play better, than a team of mixed nationalities.

please don't make this discussion personal, you can have different opions/theory about the importance of skills. but having an different one, don't makes the other side stupid.

You can try to explain your point of view, and maybe try to show the difference with examples to fight for your point.

Thanks.

Oh please, why do you have to always make it personal? It seems that you and Koperboy (and probably some other "noobs") are unable to talk about the topic and see fighting as a way to escape from your own ignorance. But you can't escape. Unless you learn to behave and after that learn to play the game, you'll always remain a third-hand manager in this game.

So, in my opinion, even if experience has any effect, it's way too small compared to Game Shape and Stamina. Those two are what actually make a clear difference not only in the forth quarter, but during all game. If you don't agree with that, it's just fine for me. I don't call anyone stupid for being reasonable different in their opinions.

After all, some people have to think like you to make other people like me to shine in this game! :P

You agree that you disagree, perrrrrrrrrrfect. Please, let's have fun.

Bottom line, there's no chemistry factor, some believe that experience helps, some not. GS matters to all.

I think we can finally agree! Stamina and GS are more important than experience. But i think that experience has a little bit greater impact than you think, that is all.

I apologize, if my previous message was to offending.
Cheers!
