Right, but the point of a season ticket is that it is for the whole season.

Season tickets can go up during a season if people buy them midseason, but they don't go down.

I don't know what they mean in BB context, but I'm just pointing out the obvious when I say that if the number goes down during a season then they are not season ticket holders.

I see a common underlying theme in many of the discussions in the Global (English) forum, especially the ones dealing with economics. Forgive my metaphor but I am reminded of the old fable of the race between the tortoise and the hare.....

It seems many teams choose to build arenas, have solid training systems and maintain a solid economy, which over the course of several seasons bears fruit in steady growth. These are the tortoises.

Other teams max out salary and spend all of thier cash on established players in order to compete and promote now. Advancing quickly suddenly they do not have the income or resources to compete with the teams they are now surrounded, and find themselves in fiscal deficit, status quo slipping away. We then find them in the forums asking for changes to the system in order to keep pace, claiming its not fair that other teams have arenas/trainers/etc etc that other teams have. These are the hares.

Who won that race, anyone remember?

i think it makes sense but all i wanna say is,

they made a choice and what ever comes after that choice you should be man enough to take what it gives you.

as you said they want to compete right away, in that process they keep buying talent and just with money didnt thought of how to control their own money.

they got a very good team but got no way of supporting himself beyond paying players.

If I had to guess, you'll never get lower attendance than the STH displayed at the beginning of the season, but the variable number behind the scenes helps drive additional attendance.

Great analogy.

I don't see what the big hurry is? I mean, the moon will dance and promenade around the earth and seasons change from spring to summer. Summer to Fall. Season 7 to 8 and 8 to 9. One day season 23 will knock on our collective doorstep.

So take the time to set both short and long term goals. Last year I invested a ton of money into scouting because I got promoted into III and thought I'd be clawing my way through relegation all year. My long term plan was to survive, get my arena size close to where the top two teams had theirs and hopefully land one or two great draft picks.

Instead I went 16-6, much to my surprise. I did not reserve contempt for the cash I wasted on scouting (horrid draft), I stuck to my long term goal and now I'm 21-0 this year.

I'm only trying to elaborate on what Heath said. If you're upset, than slow down and take a full time out. This game provides you with the chance to start over every day (not with a new team). It is quite forgiving, just as long as you are. Everything in life is unfair. EVERYTHING. So if everything is unfair, we can deduce there is no unfair or fair. Everything just is.

So deal wit it.

Try some objective reasoning. Pretend it's a team you just inherited from your rich, dead father.

One stone at a time.

i think someone has to teach or even let some people realize what or how big a 100k at a time to improve their arena.

that 500 seats bleachers

or just even one step at a time improvement. because how much talent do you need to compete in a division 3 or 4 that needs so much high talent compare to a division 1

i might be naive but i think every nation or country really differs in how they play the game as which the italians claim seems to be a cut-throat level of play.
