Do you think this guy worth training? should i try too keep him a SF or maybe guard positon is better for him?

He is worth training, but you'll need to be willing to work on his OD for two to three seasons. Still, he's a nice Combo Guard prospect. A little short for a SF perhaps, but he'd also make a good outside SF if necessary.

To expand on Ulkar's point: train his OD to about strong first, then work on his inside skills. Finish him by giving him two seasons of JS and 1on1.
