Hi, I have some questions about SG training.
I have a 21 yo SG, 107 TSP but with only 7 pot.
His skills:
JS:13
JR:12
OD:17
HD:10
DR:12
PS:10
IS:10
ID:11
Re:8
SB:4

His estimated salary is 45k.

I want to train him as a solid div.2 guard.
I would like him to have 16JS and 18OD when he completes his training. However, his training becomes quite slow after AS week.
What should I do to fully utilize his skills but without reaching his potential limit too soon?
Also, I should train him 1on 1 or JS in next season first?

Can't be helped man. The figures you are aiming for doesn't seem possible for his potential. Based on the salary calculator at Buzzer-manager he's used up 99% to 100% of his cap space, and 1more pop in JS would be fully 100%, so unless you want to train beyond the cap, you definitely won't reach 16 JS.

Thanks for the reminder, I noticed that in buzzer-manager.com too.
But how come i see there are some 60-80k with pot 7 guards in the market? How could it be achieved?

I guess it is because your player has some nice secondary skills which are also occupying some cap space but don't add up to his salary

Hello just a training related question, I would appreciate if someone can answer based on previous experience. Is it realistic to expect a 26 year old player, 203 cm tall, trained by a lvl 5 coach to pop up in IS three times during a season if he is trained IS in one position for the whole season?

Whether or not a player should be measured for injuries, such as weight, player physique, will make managers think about whether the player is prone to injury

Imho depends on so many variables... Skill distribution, elastic etc
Howwever I would say that 203, 26 years old will not jump 3x a year IS if based skill is 15 or more.
