Here's mine. im going to train JS,JR and OD this season then next season ill train ID,IS and Driving im not sure what ill do after that but i might get up his lowest stats

very nice trainee. His Passing and IS will need quite some work. I think you can ignore his Blocking, that doesn't seem to be his strong suit and probably never will be. Some FT and Stamina training during the season break or so could help him, too.
