Haven't the BB's stated that they want at least half of the teams in the BBB tournament to have their game at a time that is convenient to watch?

If that's a goal, then home court advantage is the simplest way to ensure you meet it, as the games will be at a convenient time (assuming league games are typically at a convenient time for most teams), as the home team is playing the game at their regular league time.

I suppose you could do home team time advantage but still have a neutral court.

A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

An other option is lets say from the 32 or 16 teams the games be double, and the one who had the biggest win to advance the round

For the semi-finals and finals, the games are drawn and played at the normal game time of the team being drawn despite being played on the neutral court. Thus, there is no reason that this cannot be done for the entire tournament.

The only benefit I can see with the hca addition to b3 is to throw in a big random factor. So a visiting team will have to try riskier options to try and win (not base offense with an incorrect lineup submitted, for example), whereas in a neutral court, the more conservative tactics would be fine.

Or I only one here who thinks that B3 would be much more interesting with groups format, just like National teams competitions? The knockout it's too lame and silly and random has too big impact

It is easy just to think; what makes it something worthwhile for the suggestionsforum is when you also provide the format which is workabe for todays system; systems which works within like 12 weeks plus playoff..

yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the "present."

the problem is that in WC you play an continential decision before to select a group of teams for the final round next year, and have maybe 50% teams less(every nation could send two teams to the BBB, i assume that maybe 50% of the nations do it)

Any reason you cant look to have a tournament that runs over 2 seasons similar to the national tournaments? Include more teams - group stages - open it up as someone else suggested to all teams and then grade the competitions.

then where will you place those 2nd year champions..?
can you think of a fair system where 1st year champions and 2nd year champions don't have any difference..?

Exactly. Like in my office; people are not allowed to complain(only); but must provide workable solutions too.
