30 years old na yung isa eh...

Additionally, each player (active as of the start of season 5) has a potential which will determine the best that player can possibly become. Potential acts as a "soft" cap on ratings, meaning that a player who has trained to his full potential may still improve, but will improve much more slowly than a player who has not yet reached his potential.

Something to keep in mind: as in the real world, younger players will improve more quickly than older ones, and taller players will train faster in some areas while shorter players improve faster in others. You'll have to take advantage of this information to optimize your training routine.

Pagkaintindi ko dyan ganito:
1) basta bata madali ma-train.
2) basta pandak madali ma-train sa JS, JR, OD, HA, PA at DR
3) basta matangkad madali ma-train sa ID, IS, RD at SB

you should consider also that younger players train faster than older players...

the reason na pinili ko yung 18yo kasi sa edad na 30 years old, kahit same ng training time, mahina naaang development ng old player. Age plays a big part on training... if you reach either the player's potential or age (IMO), bababa na ang development speed ng player.

i said also that 18 year old player have the speed training regardless ang potential... gagana na lang ang potential once na tumanda na ang player... by 20-24 years old siguro dun na mararamdaman ang bagal ng pagdevelop... pero kung naka focus train naman sha... malamang mataas taas na ang kalidad nung bench warmer n yun

so ung potential pumapasok lang kapag na reach na nung player ung maximum skill na pwede sa potential nya.. tama ba..?? parang skill cap.. and beyond sa maximum skill, babagal na ung improvment...

think of it like this

Player A has potential of role player (18 years old)
Player B has potential of all time great (18 years old)

assuming na parehas sila nakakakuha ng optimized training time:

Player A may have the same training development tulad ng sa Player B, kapag tinraining sila ng full season...

after next season, parehas silang 19, tapos sila pa rin ang training mo...

Player A may have better skills than player B, and vice versa.

after ng training ng another full season, maaring bumagal na ang development ng player A, and player B may have the same training speed.

then train them again next season, babagal ulit development ng player A.

gets? kaya humihina yung training ng player A because dun na masasabing dahil sa potential.

we may not see the results through weeks time, pero mas mapapansin yun every season.

again... these all are not factual, pero yung pagkakaintindi ko lang. for me, this makes more sense.

Q'S: Does the number of players involved in the training affect improvement..??

Sample:

Inside Shot ( Center ) - -

Irrelevant yung number ng centers mo (in your example).

Now I understand..!!! Kahit pala iba ang Position ng player sa roster, basta pinaglaro mo sya as another position na indicated sa training sched, un ang mag iimprove sa kanya.. tama ba...???

Tama Chief. Sa 54 minutes na playing time for the week, 99% probable na tataas ng 1-2 steps o as is yung game shape niya. Huwag mo pabayaan yung game shape dahil importante rin yun.
