walang trade dito, you could only get players from the transfer list or by draft

Nope. Trades are not allowed here. Players are auctioned to the highest bidders. Punta ka sa Transfer List kung gusto mo bumili ng player.

About sa U21 naman, players are choosen by the U21 Manager. Kung sa tingin mo ang player mo ay skilled enough to make the team, imessage mo lang ang ating U21 Manager.
