What do you mean by can't defend.
15 ID is the best I have had in my 2 year term.

I mean against other big men of nations like USA or any other good U21 team. They will have 15+ IS. And the atrocious passing will obliviate any good defense. I've done it in the past, during my first season in d2 I bought a monster inside player with very low secondaries. Everytime he had the ball he wasn't able to give it away. In the end my offensive flow was atrocious and I ended up demoted after losing 4-5 games by 1 or 2 points. Worst of all he wqs so expensive I couldn't even make money that season.
I don't mean he can't be on the team, I'm juste saying it depends on what other big men you have. Really high ID is not the only thing you want in a big man

Well he is our best player so we won't win many games without him.

To be perfectly honest I'm not sure what to make of him
Certainly more opinion is needed on this subject.
I see him being a rebounder that no other U21 team can match
those that play Inside will have trouble vs him
on the other hand, what will he do when he gets the ball?
At least handling is not bad...everything else, well...
What do the rest of you think?

No clue. It all depends from the other choices that we have. Anyway, decision has to be made fast. Enthusiasm reset coming up

He is staying on the team.
He will be our best defender/rebounder at the beginning of a season for the U21 ever!
Just have to get his Secondaries up.

No one mention his secondaries in any game threads and pray he never gets minutes at PF. I think he'd be plenty alright, then. That rebounding is amazing and his ID/SB is very strong too. Rebounding could be the best inside skill. Defensively, not many C's can take advantage of him either -- not inside offences and maybe not others with how unpolished u21 guys are. He's definitely poor offensively, though.

There's no denying he's good, but his secondaries won't go up to acceptable levels in one season. It really depends on how good are the other players. What are our other big men? It would be nice to have a table with player skills on the offsite to be able to judge the team depth. Kumiko used to do that.

On the other end I think he's really on track to be one of the best center of the NT if someone trains him as a guard for the next 2-3 seasons.

It would also be interesting to see how the game engine deals with him when playing blank. That could give some clues on how it determines which is the best player for a given position...

Yes and I guess you didn't check last season as Sparky did that too
not to mention game plan discussions for last season as well

It has been updated.

It doesn't matter, his rebounding is too high for what could have IS.
He will have a tough time making it.
Just look at the NT,Damian likes well rounded players.
Beauchemin will never be well-rounded with 9 like handling and drive and 12 JS.
