Thx for the welcome! Happy to spend one season among all these great managers! (I'm realistic... my team is not good enough and in extra I always prefered the training aspect of BB)

and... looking forward to see your seasonal revieuw of the 16 BBBL teams ;-)

There's a french expression "to put the church in the middle of the village".

in flemish we say about the same "to keep/hold the church in the middle"

I think the best strategy to keep growing is to have salaries just over the salary floor and win as many games as possible and try to save my skin
