Can we get a better SF? I know that you want a guy who can shoot from the outside. However, if you look at our losses, the SF from the other team killed us on offense. Is it just that we don't have any quality SFs in Canada?

I dont think the lacking of SF's is only a Canadian problem. It is a BB problem because it is hard to train SF's, because they have no one position training, which would help them.

It's a little complicated.
In the formations we used, the SF's can't do much even if they are good.

I can't go in too many details, I can go after we are officially out.

I will be interested to have the discussion. Of course, I have no idea what the guys stats are. All I can see is the star ratings and note the following:

-when we lost to Uruguay, their SF was the top scorer at 30 pts. Their 3rd highest scorer was the backup SF at 16 pts.
-when we lost to Argentina, their SF was the top scorer at 35 pts.
-when we lost to Columbia, their SF was the top scorer at 46 pts. Their backup SF had 15 pts.
-the scrimmage loss to Poland saw their SF as the top scorer at 29 pts.

I don't know if that's a coincidence or not.

that is about your defense not offense. And about them playing CT vs TIE. I wouldn't worry too much

I thought about that. Anyhow, I still want to know your thoughts on it. After the NT season is over - we can chat through BB-Mail if you like. I still don't really understand the SF position very well.

Well, the enthusiasm (or lack of) did us in.

Horrible stats, but expected. Second chance qualifiers now

Good luck - you guys should have a good chance of getting back to the Worlds.
