Yeah, while I was watching that game I did see they shot the lights out. But how did that happen against a great inside team like EDH? Did they just have a very good game?

I guess I am surprised because I thought nobody could beat EDH with inside offense.

I hadn't checked the advanced stats prior to this, but CC had 51% of their shots uncontested, while EDH only had 38% uncontested. It's not the offense that beat them, though - it's that OD that Cross Chargers has put up. Nobody else in the league this season's held EDH under 90, but in two games CC has given up 83 and 81. They're making it tough to get the easy baskets and getting a fair number themselves, and it's just enough to tilt the game.

Well you could easily, if you spent more money. And seeing that you made $13 million on the transfer list in a little over a year and a half... you have plenty of money?

My take is:

Australia has worse offense and worse rebounding, which both lead to more rebounds for HK ==> more possessions for HK. More possessions + superior offense = win. If I had to take a guess, I'd say HK got more enthusiasm.

Australia has an edge in RB - team ratings, but HK's rebounding is more evenly spread across positions.

Reboundy by position:

HK - AUS
PG: 7 - 1
SG: 3 - 4
SF: 8 - 5
PF: 14 - 14
C: 10 - 13

So I guess having RB on guards is cool...

Yeah as long as you dont have to pay for it like in a NT =) You can save a fair bit of salary by having low RB on the guards. Atleast when they start getting rather expensive.
Hard to say if it is worth those extra RB's for the salary your paying extra.

It's cheaper than adding enough RB to your big men to pick up that many extra boards.
