First time in BBM. Do BBM matches affect minutes and therefore GS? Do injuries sustained in BBM matches last past the end of the game?

How predictive are the rating values in box scores? If I think 2 players have fairly similar skills, but one is getting significantly higher ratings in box scores, should I be favoring that player more?
