The new draft is great. Want to know any info, invest something.

If you are a competitive team in a strong league you have to invest exactly 0 dollars to know that the players you can draft will be too weak to be useful anyway - training system makes this even worse...

So what about my last draft? I invested 200k and received near 1mil. You just have to evaluate, what's the average draft investment in your league. The new system removes random point usage. You can scout the players you want scouted. A lot better than before.

I always thought the drafts primary goal is to provide great players for weak teams and not to generate money...

but you have to check if the investment in draft is better then buying a trainee, and let the other dudes draft.

Also i would ever draft the best player avaible, instead of one who fit my training because i could sell him and get a better one who could get training at my team for the money.

That may be the case, but nobody seems to understand that a draft only makes sense in a closed economy like the US pro leagues. (worst team gets the best player - luck factor reasonably low)

Why do we need to draft players only to sell or dump at least one third of them? (the chance to get a decent player in the third round is pretty slim)

it is slim but sometimes you get one, and you ain't force to keep them, like in the NBA too where lot of second round picks are released to play pro at another place.

And if you invest a lot the luck factor isn't so high, and there are also bad picks in the nba and also another luck factor through the lottery.

In this game the draft generates players that can play great at the lowest league level. The best players come from training those players.
