Com'on guys the solution is easy.

All that's happening now is people are turning on each other. There are people here that want to play serious competitive matches and people that are here for the fun of it, either way all should be welcome. We all paid money to become supporters. Iwan should not be left out because he will flog us all, and hammers should not be kicked because he is win less. Also we have more people interested our Aussie community seems to be growing. So here is what i suggest .....

We have 2 leagues a serious competitive league and a fun friendly league. We give everyone a choice on what league that want to be in. Also we keep only 1 Forum for everyone.

Lets say 5 or 6 people leave this fun league and join the serious league, It means Iwan Zyler City Celtics and others can join the serious league it they want, and it will make more room in the fun league. This way Yoda and Koop's are not put in the position in pissing people off,

Everyone can make there own choice.

I'm more for the fun of it, for serious competition, an international PL is where it's at.

But I can understand the concerns, so it's no big deal :)

you proved my point, the best team here is happy to play in the fun league.

Im up for a private league where we can test our skills against the best of oz. Learn and develop.

If XBB isnt up for it, ill gladly work with those other teams in creating a separate aus league where anyone can join.

I'd rather be in the fun team league. If i wanted a highly competitive league i would have joined the international div 2 private league.

Yeah I agree. The team leagues have worked solidly this season.

It would be even better with two divisions tho.

You guys already have 16 teams to start your own UBERleague so you don't need us at all. You are right we are pissweak for wanting to play with our friends and not just ditching them at the first opportunity when a stronger team comes along.

It is very sad to not get to play with awesome guys like Iwen and Monkey Business etc but there is certainly no point having the Kynlala Knights playing against the Aussie Hammers, that is exactly what is wrong with 95% of the private leagues and why most people don't care about them. There was a vote taken by the IV.7 teams and I am told that the XBB also had a vote with the same result. Our PL has been fantastic, I check the PL forums way more than I check my real league forums and care for the results here much more (until the finals). I wanted to expand the league but I understand that the majority don't and I completly sympathise with their reasons.

So Vis why don't you be the boss bird and get the flock out of here.

Start up a new PL.
As yoda said, we have 16 teams to start a new one which will be even better than this piece of turd PL
We will have wimmenz and cookies.

Yeah XBB would like to continue playing with their friends wether they come from ABBL or div3. It's our 5th season of PL together (we only had 6 teams in our PL so the season was short). Then we decided to merge our PL with Yoda's PL which created a rivalry between the two groups. I guess the essence of this decision was exactly that, to keep that rivalry and to play with out friends.

Now that there is a lot of interest in the two PL, we feel that a lot of the new teams would prolly be replacing a lot of the bottom teams in our current PL based on strength. Which defeats the whole purpose of us creating our PL in the first place.

Now that half the work is done for you, all you need now is to create Australia's version of Big Boys Bantar, there is more then enough teams now for a new PL.

is that the BBB - div2 league?

or something different...

some interesting information for those of you who dont know yet about the Big Bpys bantar,
i havent checked it out in a while but i believe there is a div2 now... in which the avg world rank is around 5000.

Premiership will have bottom 6 relegate < 3 to Big Championship & 3 to Great Championship
Both Championships will see the top 3 promoted to the Premiership
Championships will see 6 teams relegated and spread into the future Division 1 tier
All Division 1's will see top 3 promoted to the Championship
We need to discuss how to merge Division 2 into the structure
