I changed training plan for C - now firstly is training inside defense (because it creates elastic effect to 4 others skills), then inside shot (because it creates elastic effect for 2 skills), then shot blocking and rebounding (because they create elastic effect by 1 skill). Soon I will write everything that found out about trainings (it includes elasticity effect)...


Did you find this to be still relevant today? Thank you! I will be training a C position in a few seasons so I wanted to get a plan of attack. Thank you! :-)

Hi, I’m training point guards one position and the last couple of weeks I trained outside defence. I got pops on outside defence, driving, and inside defence. can I expect pops also on handling? Also, is there a thread that shows all the pops for each training?

My player has 3 OD and 12 HN. Will 15 HN provide more elasticity for OD training compared to 12 HN? Is there a max value to elasticity (like a cap)?

Edit: Also this guy. When do you start the OD training?
