Only possible solution I can deduce is that every team could have 1 slot of individual training, anywhere he plays if he is on NT. Something like a private trainer from your nation as a privilige or something like that. And problem could be solved.

yeah i running for NT an nominating 12 player from my rooster ;)

Instead that NT trainer, buy players that suiting into the training of their Star ...

To avoid farm teams it must be possibel to pay the salary of the stars, and maybe it is possible to slow down the salary increase or made somethink like a max salary.

This could be fixed simply - you can have only 1 that trainer. Also you can have him only for player older that 25y or so.

This is not very realistic, but it could erase farms by giving this only chance to the high league teams.

you already have one trainer, and wasn't forced to train just one player ;) Even farms train their other player good, if they make it right because they could make money with it^^

On the other hand you have to keep the game competitive for new teams.

i would say, salary increase around 12-30k for one Rebounding Skill, ain't encessary and not in balance to the extra effort the player brings at the top centers ;) If you reduce that, new teams still have a chanche to get to the top. Especially when a skillup betwen 7-8 is lot more usefull then one betwen 16 and 17(but salary wise it is totally different).

They must not be cheap, but salarys above 200k are hard to pay even for top teams, so that they won't run with four player of that kind ;) Maybe you could afford one of then, and for that making small compromise for the rest of the team.

As long as nothing is changed for the lower skills there should be no problem reducing salaries. The problem is for the good players when they change from prodigious to stupdendous and it raises the player's salary by 50K (slight exaggeration)

No the problem is that no-one wants to even confirm that certain teams are run as secondary accounts for the benefit of national teams.

Anyone with the capability of training a player to these high levels knows the likely salary increases of skill ups at the top levels. Everybody also knows that until the taxes completely disappear and the top teams have built up to 25,000+ arenas, the only place currently it makes sense to 'house' or 'farm' the best players in the game are with those teams that have been purposely set up to look after them.
