Yeh mate id love to keep him but i wont be able to afford him...i initially thought i was getting demoted to div 4 so i defs couldnt afford him but it would appear im still in div 3 but it would still be borderline at best.....my main focus is developing u21 players and hopefully they end up in the nt... ive been assured by a quality aust coach that he'll pick him up

Yep, tis your call to do what is best for your team. As I say, I think if you did keep him your best bet would be to hammer his IS for a couple of seasons, which would mean that his salary wouldn't rise much, and would round him out nicely. Perfectly understand than 100K is difficult to keep for a D3 team though!

If It did not draft a 19 year old with a couple of key strong g skills I want to try and see if i can get him into the 21 NT I would be all over him.
