How predictive are the rating values in box scores? If I think 2 players have fairly similar skills, but one is getting significantly higher ratings in box scores, should I be favoring that player more?

Actually a great training facility
Position changes according to skills. Most likely you are training PA or OD and thats why they show up as PG

Hi, when it says in the game manual

National team jersey sales will vary depending on the strength of the national team, but players playing in their domestic league tend to sell considerably more national team merchandise.

Does this also apply for dual nationality Utopian players playing in Utopian leagues?

If there are two skills you want to train during the season, is it better to laser focus on one abd then move to the other?

Or is it better to alternate training as the skill pops?

It's always better to focus on one because of elastic effect. For example, if you train driving high enough, it will cause your outside defense training to train faster than it would if it was trained normally.

My problem is that I want to train OD and JR, which don't seem to have any elastic effect.

Because I'm in a really competitive group, I'd like to advance my player as quickly as I can.

OD is tied to driving. JR, I'm not too sure, but I think it's tied to JS/DR as well, which is tied to 1 on 1 training. So it's false that they're not tied to any elastic effect.

Since it's OD and JR, what's the DR level of your trainee? Are you training from scratch or is your player already a work in progress? Also, do you have any idea what level do you want to advance your players to? If you at least share where you want to start from, and what you want to aim, you would be able to get better advice. If not, we're just gonna assume you want to train players like normal.
