Just picked this guy up off the transfer list. Wish he would've picked up a couple more pops earlier, but there's nothing i can do about that. Thinking of starting off with passing and OD, then go to JR after i have those around prominent or so.

I am sorry for an off-topic question, but I remember there was some chart saying how long each training trains each skill. Can anyone give me a link?

Heres my best trainee. I plan to get him on the Hong Kong U21 team, but sadly he can't make the NT because of his low potential. Anyways, what should I train next for him? I was thinking passing or driving.

I would say passing, if you get it up to say, prominent, it will make all your other skills train faster than they would if you left it at respectable due to the elastic effect.

Not only hat, but Passing is also quite valuable for a SG in its own right. While it's not as important as for a PG, it will still make him more efficient, as he won't be forced to take bad shots all that often.

Thank you both for the help. I will train passing. Also, because it will not raise his salary as long as his best position is SG.
