well you could aim to grow your arena and success at the club so that you could support a salary of 100k on one of your players with the rest being 20k-40k plus some cheaper bench scrubbers. and do this over 4 or 5 seasons. He will be 22/23 by then and assuming a balanced development his wages wont be at £100k.

do some research and look at some 100k salary PGs. they come in all shapes and sizes. Note the ones with high bids on and what they have in common. I bet they have OD of 17+ and a good amount of HA and PA and DR. you may be surprised by how many have good JS as well.
Maybe you could get some ideas from what you see there and bring some back here for discussion?

Pressure and passing training will be needed then after this season. He will at some point need a lot of JR/JS training even if he is a PG - but just not as much as an SG.

The good thing for you is while he is 19-21 you need to take up all of his guard skills but after this you will need to fix his training to aim at the target levels you have for his skills.

I got friendly game, Michael played 48 minutes, but because enemy didn't have enough roster for the game he got 41 minute........................... Hate this shit. For real.
